The travel to China

     James, a black man from South Africa, he is a famous traveler, he likes to travel to different areas of the world. He has a special interest, he always like to exchange something with others. As long as he recongnize that someting is very special, he will try his best to receive it by exchanging his own stuff.
     In 2008, James travelled to China to see the Olympic game. He always go outside and make friends with different people. He went to an art work shop, he saw a beautiful plate, this plate is very small, but looks so cute. He wants to exchange it by his own stuff, but this plate is really expensive, he is not sure if the owner of the shop would like to exchange the plate to him. He take a wooden head from his bag, this wooden head is the traditional art work in his own country. He asks the owner if he can exchange the plate by his wooden head. At first, the owner is very angry, he thinks it is impossible to exchange a wood by an expensive plate. However, when James tells him the special meaning of the wooden head, the owner is glad to change, because he wants to know more about the traditional stuff and culture of South Africa. The owner gives him a brown blanket, the blanket is made from the coat of animals. Jame measures the blanket by a wooden ruler, the length is one meter and the width is half one meter.  He also give James a seal, as we all know, seal is a traditional stuff in China, one seal stands for one people or one organization. James gives the owner a boat made from the birds' feather, this boat have different color, it is so beautiful, it feels soft when you tough it. He also gives the owner one wooden man who is walking and a small house made from clay. The small house is made by himself, he spend three days to make it. This small house is one of his favourite stuff. From this exchange, they all get what they want, from this exchange, James will know more about Chinese traditional culture, on the other hand, the owner much stuff which and stand for the South Africa.
     After going out of the art work shop, he find that he has already been very hungry, but he just have some coins in his wallet. He find a people who is selling chestnut, he wants to exchange some chestnut by something. However, he really doesn't find something which is valued. Finally, he finds a bottle, the bottle is full of the sand from Africa. He doesn't know if he can exchange the chestnut by this bottle. He ask the people who is selling the chestnut that if he can exchange the chestnut by this bottle. James tells him that when he travel to the beach in Africa, he collect the sand. The people who sells chestnut consent to James because he think the bottle is meaningful.
     The travel to China is very meaningful to James, not only because he enjoy the beautiful scenery in China, but also he get mang stuff which have enough Chinese characteristic. He believes that sooner or late he will come to China and go to different province of China.
